Notifications

Notifications in our system are automated alerts that keep lenders and borrowers informed about important events or changes related to their accounts, lines of credit, or loans.

These notifications can be delivered through multiple channels, such as emails, webhooks, or other integrations, ensuring timely and accessible communication. Notifications serve as triggers to launch workflows, either through Canopy Connect or a lender's own software, enabling automated actions like payment reminders, fraud alerts, or account updates.

By providing real-time, customizable alerts, our notification system enhances transparency, improves user engagement, and supports efficient operational processes for both lenders and borrowers.
