Notifications serve as triggers to launch workflows, either through Canopy Connect or a lender's own software, enabling automated actions like payment reminders, fraud alerts, or account updates.

Notification Types

LINE OF CREDIT CREATE	Notifies when a new line of credit is successfully created in the system.
TAG APPLIED	Notifies when a tag is applied to an entity for categorization or tracking purposes.
TAG REMOVED	Alerts when a previously applied tag is removed from an entity within Canopy.
TRANSACTION CREATE	Notifies when a new transaction (e.g., fee, charge) is added to a line of loan.
TRANSACTION STATUS UPDATE	Alerts users about status updates to an existing transaction.
STATEMENT GENERATION	Notifies when a new statement is generated for a line of credit.
LTV THRESHOLD EXCEEDED	Notifies lenders or borrowers when the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio exceeds a predefined threshold (`max_allowed_ltv`), indicating increased risk or potential non-compliance with lending policies. This alert helps stakeholders take timely action to address the situation, such as adjusting collateral requirements or reevaluating loan terms.
LTV BREACH RESOLVED	Notifies lenders or borrowers when the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio is back in compliance following the predefined threshold (`max_allowed_ltv`) breach.
PAYMENT DUE DATE	Notifies borrowers of an upcoming payment due date.
PAYMENT PROCESSED	Confirms when a payment has been successfully processed and applied to the line or loan.
MINIMUM PAYMENT MISSED	Alerts when a minimum payment is missed or not received by the due date.
