Promo configuration creation parameters

An optional ID for the promo configuration. If not provided, one will be auto-generated.

The promotional annual interest rate as a percentage (e.g. 5.0 for 5%)

boolean
Defaults to false

Whether interest is deferred during the promotional period

Optional duration of the promotional period
