You can set the callback URI to: https://oauth2.connect.canopyservicing.com/callback

How do I create an IP allowlist rule for connections from Connect?

We do not recommend adding strict firewall rules, because your integration will be interrupted if these IP addresses ever change. However, sometimes it may be your best option for security and compliance

These are the IP addresses used by the Connect integration:

I am trying to test run a Canopy Connect Connection configuration but it fails even though I have set the appropriate credentials. What am I missing?

You may have initially test-run the configuration with the wrong credentials, which were automatically set as default and not updated later. Try to edit the same connection component but set the "Customer" access permission on every credential field by clicking the "Settings" icon to the right of the configurable input field.
This will open the input fields for configuration when testing the connection and enable you to update them prior to running any tests.
